Reformer Pilates is not only a safe exercise to do during pre and post pregnancy but also has the capabilities to make you feel better, stronger and help with any aches and pains being experienced during or before this time. Reformer Pilates will help Mums get in tune with their body while focusing on core muscles.

Lets get you ready for birth, Pilates helps you understand your body and its physical capabilties which will give you more control and empowerment during labor. During Labor you will find that breathing is a necessity, during Pilates you will be able to feel your abdominal muscles and learn when to breathe deeply for more control.

When can I start Reformer Pilates? As soon as you are aware that you are pregnant you are welcome to start pilates! Exercising early into pregnancy will increase your muscular endurance and help through your day to day activities.
