Terms and conditions

  1. Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.
  2. Cancellations/Rescheduling classes/massage will need to be made more than 24 hours prior to your class beginning (morning or evenings). Here at PMP Studios we understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients therefore NO exceptions will be made.
  3. Bookings are made online, phone or through reception:
    1. Call your studio (if it is out of reception hours please leave a message and we will get back to you within 24hrs)

  4. Out of consideration for the trainer and other customers, and also for your own safety (the warm-up is an important aspect of each class) please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train.
  5. If a class you particularly want is fully booked please sign up for the waiting list. We would also suggest you book into another class just in case.
  6. Session packs and Personal training sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Classes are non-refundable and are not transferable.
  7. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. PMP Studios reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.
  8. If you do not cancel your session outside of the 24 hour time frame or are a no show/absent for your class you will lose your session.
  9. If you do not cancel your massage outside of the 24 hour time frame you will be given opportunity to re book in the next 48hour period or a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. If a no show you will be charged the full session fee.
  10. 10 pack passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and 20 pack passes are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Kickstart Terms and Conditions

  1. PMP Studios will also be sure to deliver classes and services on time as scheduled. Please take note that the schedule is subject to change without notice. PMP Studios will not be liable to refund for any refund, transfer or compensation for classes are changed or late for any reason.
  2. The Kick starter will be for 6 weeks of $70 per week direct debited or upfront payment.
  3. The $70 per week allows you to schedule x3 classes per week at a time
  4. Bookings will be made weekly at a time by the client and no spots will be reserved for those attending the 6 week Kickstarter
  5. The x3 classes per week will be transferred into the clients account on every Friday
  6. After 6 consecutive weeks, the membership will end and you will no longer be direct debited from your chosen bank account
  7. Payments of $70 direct debit will be transferred by a third party Ezidebit every Monday
  8. It is your responsibility to ensure that the funds are in the account to cover the weekly auto-debit. If the payment cannot be made PMP Studios has the right to process payments at any time until the debt is paid. If an auto-debit is declined due to insufficient fund’s then the transaction will fail which will require additional administration and yields additional bank costs. If a payment fails Ezidebit will charge you $11.90 fee for the failed transactions after 7days of the failed payment.
  9. PMP Studios is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that you may occur from your bank. Please read the terms and conditions of your bank to understand if/what the fees may be
  10. If auto-debit fails for 2 weeks or more PMP Studios will cancel the membership
  11. Please read all the Ezidebit terms and conditions to understand all third party agreements when signing up for our 6 Week Kickstart Program
  12. Once you have signed up for the 6 Week Kickstart Program by no means will you be able to cancel between the starting date and finishing date
  13. If for any reason you need to cancel before the finishing date the reason will need to be emailed to Emma at emma@pmpstudios.com.au
